- How is it obtained?: Once the seawater is filtered, enriched by the soil's minerals, and expanded onto the eras of the Lagoon, a thin layer starts to crystalize on the top of the surface. Salt Farmers carefully remove this top layer and store it separately from the sea salt that forms at the bottom, resulting in the unique "Flor de Sal". Afterward, it overgoes a cleaning-by-hand procedure where we check you receive a pure product without any residues or impurities.
