It must be yielded to be turned in what ever direction He chooses The Hinges represents: The Revelation of Gods Word through the Holy Spirit and placing your faith in the truth of that Word. It is what God uses to open or close doors. A door must be unlocked, the handle turned and then moved on the hinges to be opened. Revelation 3:8 8 "I know your works. But we can also say The door that God closes no one can open
