Traditionally YerbaMate is steeped in a gourd + consumed via straw called Bombilla. You can use a mug + tea infuser strainer - enjoy with sugar, honey, or lemon. Mate has the same amount of caffeine as coffee without the jitters or crash, and less acidic for the stomach.
