Production Process:
1. Soak glutinous rice
Wash the glutinous rice about three times, soak the washed glutinous rice in cold water for 5-24H, determine the soaking for time according to the nt temperature, and soak until it can be crushed with your fingers
2. Steaming
Drain the soaked glutinous rice and cook. Rinse the cooked rice stall with cold boiling water to about 30 , so that the rice grains are not sticking.
3. Put in the koji
