Ingredients:
-1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
-1/4 cup dried hops
Instructions:
-Rinse the dried hops to remove any dust or debris.
-In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
-Stir in the hops and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-Remove from heat and let the butter cool.
-Strain the butter through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean bowl.
-Transfer the butter to a covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
