Preparation
Cooking method:
Blanch laksa noodles (400g), fish cakes (80g), bean sprouts (100g) and 6 medium prawns in boiling water
Drain and set aside
In another pot, mix Golden Chef Singapore Laksa Paste (220g) and water (500ml), and bring it to boil
Add fish cakes (80g), bean sprouts, fried beancurd puff (40g) and prawns into laksa gravy
Simmer for 10 minutes
Place laksa noodles in a bowl and laksa gravy and garnish with laksa leaves
Ready to serve
