Our EZ-AIR LIGHT is a compact, light weight dome that helps to train and remind you to breathe from your diaphragm. This breath pacer can be used for self or with clients. The easy to use dome cycles from light to dark for approximately 6.5 seconds and then from dark to bright for approximately 3.5 seconds. Deep breathing helps you to avoid the fight-or-flight response to stressful situations. In these situations, your bodys automatic systems are on high alert and signal your heart to beat faster and your breathing rate to increase. By consciously becoming aware of your breathing and regulating its depth and rate, the likelihood of spiraling into a panic or anxiety attack is lowered.
