- ROASTED FRESH TO ORDER: At Kaldi Gourmet Coffee Roasters, all orders received by 10AM EST are custom roasted and shipped out the same business day from our roastery in NC! All bags are date stamped with the "roasted on" date, so you'll know exactly when your coffee was roasted!
- YOUR COFFEE ROASTED YOUR WAY: We offer all of our beans with 4 different roasting options. From our city roast (light roast) to our French roast (darkest roast), the choice is yours! From country of origin to degree of roast, you can customize your coffee exactly as you like it. So whether you're looking for a light, bright and acidic Colombian coffee or a dark, bold and full-bodied Sumatran bean, we've got you covered!
- ABOUT THIS COFFEE'S ROAST: Kaldi's Full City Roast (medium roast) version of the Espresso Kaldi Blend, meaning it will be roasted a little longer than our City Roast (light roast). It has more of a richness while still maintaining the flavor of the bean. Overall, Full City Roast (medium roast) allows for the unique flavors of the coffee bean to be tasted while still adding some of the taste characteristics that are associated with a medium roast.
