- PEABERRY COFFEE WHOLE BEAN: 95% of coffee beans have two halves. A peaberry is a small round coffee bean that lacks the two halves. Peaberrys occur in about 5% of harvested coffee, and boast a surprisingly acidic and intense flavor and aroma all rolled into one.
