People buy this to help relieve their allergies, and sometimes get rid of their pollen allergies altogether. Eat it during your particular allergie season. It can be eaten by itself or mix it with any food or drink. It goes well as a garnish on salad or in smoothies. The pollen is a bit sweet and the aftertaste is a bit earthly.
