The lightest of our Haitian Blue coffees, yet extraordinarily low in acid! Grown at a high altitude of Haiti's tropical mountain region, and identical to the Arabica Blue Mountain of Jamaica, this roast has a creamy body, nutty and sweet flavor profile, and a buttery finish. At Cafe Kreyol we utilize the farming of this bean to create sustainable employment opportunities for farming families in Haiti and we happily pay the cooperative 300% higher wages than Fair Trade standards, not out of charity, but because the product is exceptional.
