Super Soft Apple Cake Donuts with Apple Spice Glaze Recipe

Birch & Meadow Apple Crisp Cake Donut Mix: 1 lb Buttermilk: 1 Cup Oil: 1/4 Cup Eggs: 2 medium INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, and eggs. Add cake mix and whisk until combined. Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray, and spoon or pipe batter into pan filling each spot no more than halfway. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until done. Remove slighty cooled donuts from pan, dip in glaze while still warm. Yields 16 donuts. INGREDIENTS:
Powdered Sugar: 2 Cups Melted Butter: 1/4 Cup Whole Milk: 1/4 Cup Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice: 1 tsp INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until combined. If the glaze is too thick, add milk a tablespoon at a time until you reach desired consistency. Dip slightly warm donuts in glaze. Top with your favorite sprinkles and enjoy. Yields 2 cups.
