- Akshayakalpa Desi Cow ghee is crafted using cream from cow milk from Amruth Mahal and Hallikar cows that is rich in A2 beta-casein protein. True to the traditional Bilona method of preparation, the extracted cream is incubated for 3-4 hours. The fermented, cultured cream is slow-churned into butter and carefully melted to result in ghee with a divine aroma, perfect granular texture and authentic home-made taste.
