- SUSTAINABLE; Our honey is sustainably sourced, and our jars are made from 100% recycled PET (rPET) and 100% recyclable. This has the lowest carbon footprint of any packaging, with an existing door-to-door collection. Our labels are paper-based and use plant-based ink.
- 100% PURE NEW ZEALAND HONEY; Our manuka honey is harvested, packed and tested in New Zealand to meet the Ministry of Primary Industries Manuka Export Standards. Additionally, we subscribe to the international Codex Alimentarius standards the World Health Organisation prescribes. This voluntary standard ensures that the honey is raw/ undamaged from heat and that none of the pollen is filtered out.
- RAW & UNFILTERED: We have a patented process for caring for our honey that routinely delivers the lowest heat damage of any honey in the New Zealand market. To verify that the honey is undamaged by heat, we measure the HMF level as mg/kg. This score is printed on every jar.
